Today We started our day with orientation meeting with L&D team. Session was 2 hr long and I had quite alot of questions for the team. They also showed us presentations & schedules for the next six months.
We got to meet our trainers for our training period, where each of them introduced themselves and told us their specialities.
We also got to know the evaluation criteria for our training and how much we should achieve at bare minimum.
It gave us insights on how hard we will have to work to earn the extra brownie points and to ensure smooth transition into full time position at rtCamp.
Aside from this we also got a list of not do things, they included alot of things. I also asked a few questions to clarify them to ensure that I dont make any mistakes.
Afterwards, We went for a quick lunch break at 2:30 pm, as we had meeting at 3:00pm for Engineering Basics – Course & Assignment Introduction Session. Where we discussed futher about the courses and explored a little bit about this week assignment.
After the meet, I explored the LMS platform and looked through various documents present. I checked out the first course that we will be doing named “Engineering Basics” and Started a little bit on w3 school documentation.
Finally after a break we had the sync up call with L&D team again. We discussed about our updates, synced images in all our profiles and setup Github profile.
